How it works
Three things happen every day. You only have to read one of them.
1. Aro calls your parent
A short phone call each morning: how did you sleep, and a reminder when a dose is due. Every call opens by saying it's Aro, and your household chooses the hours.
2. You read one sentence
The Day screen sums up the morning: when they got up, which doses are taken, how long they've been on their feet. Open it between meetings and you're done.
3. The circle sees the same day
Invite a sibling or a neighbor. Everyone in the circle sees the same doses, calls and check-ins, so nobody has to call around to find out.

Our privacy promises
Each of these is in our privacy policy, and the product is built to keep it.
Read the privacy policyThey agree first, on their own phone
Before any health reading is shared, your parent sees exactly what Aro will read and agrees on their own phone. They can stop sharing at any time, and erase what was shared.
Only your circle can see it
Each family circle is a separate account, and every request is checked against the circle making it, so nobody outside yours can see your parent's day.
We don't sell data
Aro does not sell personal or health data, does not share it with data brokers, and has no advertising business.
Health readings stay out of AI
Readings from Apple Health, Health Connect, wearables and provider records are never sent to an AI provider. An uploaded lab report is read by AI only if that option is switched on.
Download or delete everything
Anyone in the circle can download everything Aro holds for the household as one file, and a circle admin can delete all of it in Settings.
